Vocabulary - Latin prefix "co" and "con" + base

Using any five of the ten words we studied today, write a cohesive and coherent (gotta love those two words whose definitions you should know) story, poem, or any literary form that would sufficiently express your understanding of the words in context.

Post in your own blog for now and then share with me.

EXTRA CREDIT! More Reading...

Hello Students,

I will use this blog platform to periodically post extra-credit opportunities for you to explore.

If you're interested, read the YA novel The Wednesday Wars by Gary Schmidt.  Post your response to your reading here by clicking reply.  To get as much credit as possible, you must discuss the novel in depth (DO NOT give me a plot summary.... I already read the book, thank you), maybe provide some specific details that make it evident that you read and understood the book.  This is your book review.  Be thorough, be honest, be specific.  I look forward to hearing all about your reading experience.

~Ms. Reyes
